Booking and Cancellation Policy
Reservation / Booking Conditions:
Reservations can be made by fax +66 76 398 365 or e-mail
to
. Do not forget to
provide a return number including the country and area code
or e-mail address. You will receive a response within 24
hours.
A booking is not confirmed until the agent/customer
receives written confirmation from Moby Dick Co., Ltd. The
agent/customer will receive the invoice and the confirmation
of reservation by fax or e-mail.
Within ten (10) days after the booking is confirmed the
Agent/Customer must return the Moby Dick Co. Ltd. ‘Booking
Form’ completed by the passenger/s. When booking groups on a
cruise, indicate names of couples and singles for correct
cabin allocation.
Payment Conditions:

Cancellation Conditions:

deposit will be returned (minus
bank fee). |

full price will be charged. |
If the balance is not received in time, Moby Dick Co. Ltd
retains the right to resell the booked places.
The cancellation can be done only by:

Payment Method:
- By cash or cheque at the Moby Dick Office.
- By wire transfer or by international money order in
USD, net of charge, to the indicated account.
- Via credit card with a surcharge of 3 % bank fee.
Liability:
We strongly recommend that each guest purchases his own
comprehensive scuba dive, accident, medical, baggage and
trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Please be advised
that if guest chooses NOT to purchase the trip insurance, we
will not be responsible for any financial disappointment
caused by reasons beyond our control. In the event that it
will be necessary for Moby Dick Co., Ltd. to cancel or
interrupt the tour due weather there will be no refund.
